Medical Device Sales Representative
Location: Kota Damansara
As a Medical Device Sales Representative for Universal Therapeutics, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively communicating the value of our products. Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell Universal Therapeutics' medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify and cultivate new leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings to healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of our medical devices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and materials.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and effectively address their concerns.
Regularly visit healthcare facilities to provide product information, address customer inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues and concerns.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry trends.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback related to medical devices.
Collect and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a background in life sciences or healthcare is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical device sales or a similar role within healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of medical devices, their applications, and the healthcare market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (if applicable) and attend occasional conferences or events.
