Business Support Executive

About You
As a Business Support Executive at Universal Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, handling administrative paperwork, organising documentations, collecting, and processing incoming mail, coordinating courier services, and providing support in various general administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including maintaining records, filing and generating invoices, quotation, reports, statements of account, and other documents
Handling customer's inquiries and manage creative request/traffic control
Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis as general admin, upkeep, gatekeeper, administrator and coordinator for all team members
Providing administrative information and supervising general administration activities such as petty cash, mailing, stationary checking and ordering etc
Additional and operational administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and abilities:
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Experience in generating invoices through a 3rd party inventory system.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
