Marketing/ Business Support Interns

Location: Mont Kiara

Responsibilities (Marketing):

Interns will have the chance to participate in a variety of new projects focused on bringing brand awareness to the mass consumers.

  • Supporting the creation of project proposal, development of project management systems and tools

  • Coordination of PR events

  • Translational & Editorial support: copy editing and proofreading documents

  • Social Media Marketing: Help increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the various brands and platforms, and lead generation through content generation and creative copywriting

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

  • Perform ad hoc duties related to marketing when needed

Requirements (Marketing):

  • Excellent command of English

  • Capability to read, write or speak in Bahasa Melayu and/ or Mandarin would be an added advantage

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong copywriting, proofreading skills (portfolio)

  • Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube, TikTok etc.

  • Creative thinking, staying up-to-date with latest trends

  • Excellent social media skills in regards to ability to create catchy, stylish posts that attract attention, shares and likes

  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

  • A strong visual sense

Responsibilities (Business Support):

  • Assist on sales support for B2B and B2C channels

  • Assist on administrative tasks

  • Assist on maintaining an organised online and offline filing system

  • Assist on meeting materials, such as agendas, presentations, and reports

  • Perform ad hoc duties related to business support when needed

Requirements (Business Support):

  • Excellent command of English

  • Capability to read, write or speak in Bahasa Melayu and/ or Mandarin would be an added advantage

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills

  • Usage knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook (training will be provided to use Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams)

  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
